Phase 1 – Idea Generation
There will be three formal public assemblies to generate and discuss project ideas:
- Hamilton Farmers’ Market Community Kitchen SATURDAY APRIL 19, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
- Homegrown Hamilton WEDNESDAY APRIL 23, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Volunteer Hamilton SATURDAY APRIL 26, 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Phase 2 – Project Development
- Meet the Panel of Experts/First Round of Vetting – WEDNESDAY APRIL 30, North Hamilton Community Health Centre (NHCHC), time to be announced (TBA)
- Meet for the Second Round of Vetting – SATURDAY MAY 17, location and time TBA
- Proposals submitted to City of Hamilton Staff for feasibility assessments, May 23 – June 5
- Project Expos – Projects will be on display to be viewed by members of the public, June 14 – 21, location TBA
Phase 3 – Voting
Voting for PBW2 2014 will take place June 23 – June 30
Phase 4 – Project Implementation
For the PBW2 2014 process projects will be implemented in 2015
