3) people spending time together. Examples of ideas include: Traffic calming through landscaping and signage; Create pedestrian only streets; Install
traffic lights, sidewalk repairs and improvements, pedestrian railings; Reduce speed limits; Increase bike lanes; Improve police presence to enforce traffic rules.
